How to Commission Me in 4 Easy Steps:

1) Choose the color(s) you want your pet(s) to be! You can see your options with the provided color swatch: red, orange, yellow, grass green, green, teal, blue, violet, and magenta. You can also have me choose if you’d like, just let me know if there are any colors you do not like!

If your pet is one solid color, please choose two colors. If your pet has two or more colors, please choose the number of colors your pet has. For example, if your cat has orange, white, and black colors on their head and face, please choose three colors, if you dog is black and white, choose two colors, etc.

Please note that due to lighting of the photo and screens presenting colors differently, the colors you see here may differ slightly from what they look like in real life.

These drawings are done traditionally, by hand, with India ink and a colored pencil background on 9”x 12” paper.

2) Choose the background color, or you can have me choose! If you have me choose the colors, just let me know if there are any colors you do not like! You can choose any base color: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple.

While you get to choose the type of background color, I will be choosing the shade to best match the colors you chose for your pet. For example, if you choose “blue”, I may use either a navy blue or a sky blue.

3) Fill out my Google Form. This form helps keep me organized on the basic information I need to make your art.

4) You will need to email me your favorite head shot of your pet(s). Please choose a photo that is a clear with minimal gear as possible for best results. Collars and harnesses are okay, just note they will be omitted from the drawing. Full body photos are okay, but head shots are best to be able to capture more details as I will only be drawing the head and neck.

You will receive a photo of your drawing, shipping of the original costs an additional $7 no matter how many drawings you receive.

Frames are not included.

Your drawing will not have a watermark on it when sent to you like you see in the gallery above. This mark is to help prevent art theft.
