How to Commission me

1) Choose the color(s) you want your pet(s) to be! You can see your options with the provided color swatches*, plus Black. You can also have me choose by putting “Artist’s choice”! If you have questions about colors please reach out, I’m happy to help! You can click on the color swatches to download them for easier viewing.

If your pet is one solid color, please choose one color. If your pet has two or more colors, please choose the number of colors your pet has.

*Please note colors may differ from what you see here vs real life due to lighting, different ink bottles, and different screen resolutions.

2) Fill out the form below with your choices. Your information is never shared. Commissioning me means you agree to the Terms of Service.

3) Email me your favorite head shot photo of your pet(s) to draw to LilacVormelaArt@gmail.com. Please choose a photo that is a clear with good lighting, close up, and with minimal gear as possible for best results. Collars and harnesses are okay, just note they will be omitted from the drawing. Full body photos are okay, but head shots are best to be able to capture more details.

Price:

Regular colors: $60 each
Iridescent colors: $5 to add some accent throughout a regular colored portrait. Due to these colors being light in nature, they are not suited as the main color for full portraits.
Each pet is drawn separately.

-If you donate $5 or more to the Asheville Cat Weirdos Emergency Fund, get $5 off your Cat portrait! Or, I will donate $5 for every cat portrait commissioned.

Shipping: shipping costs an additional $7 in the US, and $23 to Canada. Shipping takes at least 3-4 days in the US, and longer during holidays. Live in or around Asheville, NC? Pick up option may be available instead!

Invoices will be sent via Square Invoicing after I receive your form and photos.

Frames are not included.

Some Notes on Similar Colors:
Cherry Red: Has some violet in it compared to Red. Red Violet: Violet with some red, more violet than Cherry Red. Magenta: More of a pink.
Red Orange: Orange with some red in it. Tangerine: Slightly less red in it than Red Orange.
Teal: Very similar to Aqua, but is a green-blue while Aqua is a blue-green and a shade more green than Teal.
